15 हजार रिश्वत लेता वन दरोगा गिरफ्तार
पौड़ी।विजिलेंस की टीम ने 15 हजार रिश्वत लेने के मामले में आरोपी वन दरोगा को मंगलवार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। बताया जा रहा है कि वन दरोगा ने विभागीय योजनाओं में अनुदान देने के नाम पर ग्रामीण से रिश्वत मांगी थी। जिसकी शिकायत ग्रामीण ने विभाग के टोल फ्री नंबर 1064 पर दर्ज कराई थी। मामला बीते मार्च का है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक चाकीसैंण सेक्शन के पाबौ रेंज के अंतर्गत वन पंचायत पाबौ में मार्च में एक सभा हुई थी। जिसमें वन पंचायत के तहत आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर ग्रामीणों को आर्थिकी मजबूत करने के लिए मुर्गी व बकरी पालन योजना की जानकारी दी गई थी। इस योजना के लिए कर्मचारियों ने ग्रामीणों को विभागीय अनुदान की जानकारी भी दी। इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए एक ग्रामीण ने वन विभाग से बकरी पालन के लिए आवेदन किया था।
रिपोर्ट के बाद नियमानुसार होगी कार्रवाई
आरोप है कि वन दरोगा हंसराज पंत ने ग्रामीण से अनुदान के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म की प्रक्रिया को लेकर सुविधा शुल्क देने की मांग की। ग्रामीण ने मामले की शिकायत विजिलेंस से की। विजिलेंस की ट्रैप टीम ने शिकायत पर कार्रवाई करते हुए मंगलवार को आरोपी वन दरोगा को पैठाणी बाजार से 15000 की रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
डीएफओ सिविल एवं सोयम प्रदीप कुमार धौलाखंडी ने बताया ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के तहत वन पंचायतों में ग्रामीणों के लिए मुर्गी व बकरी पालन की योजना है। अभी तक 106 लोगों को योजना का लाभ ले चुके हैं। सभी लाभार्थियों की 50-50 हजार की अनुदान राशि वन पंचायतों के सरपंचों के खातों में गई थी। यहां से यह राशि ग्रामीणों को आवंटित होती है। वन दरोगा हंसराज पंत के प्रकरण में रेंजर की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
