CM धामी ने हाईस्कूल और इण्टरमीडिएट के छात्र-छात्राओं को किया सम्मानित
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को उत्तराखण्ड बोर्ड परीक्षा 2024 की हाईस्कूल और इण्टरमीडिएट की परीक्षा में विद्या मंदिर के शीर्ष 10 स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को सम्मानित किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि गोवर्धन सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर, इण्टर कॉलेज सुमन नगर, धर्मपुर में भवन निर्माण के लिए 60 लाख रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जायेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता प्राप्ति के बाद से अखिल भारतीय शिक्षा संस्थान गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने के साथ ही युवा पीढ़ी को भारतीय मूल्यों से परिचित कराने और भारतीय संस्कृति के अनुरूप उनको शिक्षित करने की दिशा में लगातार काम कर रहा है।
विद्या भारती द्वारा संचालित सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर, विद्या मंदिर आज देश के कोने-कोने में हमारे देश के कर्णधारों को संस्कारवान बनाने के लिए लगातार कार्य कर रहे हैं। बच्चों को किताबी ज्ञान ही नहीं बल्कि योग्य नागरिक बनाने की दिशा में कार्य कर रहे हैं। विद्यार्थियों को देशभक्ति, स्वदेशी चिंतन, सामाजिक समरसता, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और समसामयिक महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर जागरूक किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में विद्या भारती द्वारा 500 से भी अधिक विद्यालय संचालित किये जा रहे हैं, जिनमें प्रदेश में 01 लाख से भी अधिक विद्यार्थी शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही विद्या भारती द्वारा आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्रों और राज्य के सीमांत क्षेत्रों में भी सैकड़ों विद्यालय खोले गये हैं। भारत सरकार द्वारा विद्या भारती के सात स्कूलों को सैनिक स्कूल के रूप में स्थापित करने के लिए चयनित किये जाने पर मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों और युवाओं के उत्थान के लिए राज्य सरकार विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अनेक कार्य कर रही है। शिक्षा के महत्व को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने त्वरित रूप से निर्णय लेते हुए देश में सर्वप्रथम राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 को प्रदेश में लागू किया है। प्रदेश की शिक्षा व्यववस्था को और अधिक आधुनिक, व्यावहारिक और सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए नीतिगत निर्णय लिये गये हैं। राज्य के सरकारी स्कूलों में बड़ी संख्या में स्मार्ट क्लासों की स्थापना की जा रही है। कक्षा 01 से लेकर 12 तक विद्यार्थियों को निःशुल्क पाठ्य पुस्तकें और कक्षा 01 से 08 तक पाठ्य पुस्तकों के साथ ही बैग और जूते भी उपलब्ध कराये जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री मेधावी छात्र प्रोत्साहन योजना के तहत हजारों मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को प्रतिमाह छात्रवृत्ति देने का भी प्राविधान किया है। कक्षा 09 में प्रवेश लेने वाली बालिकाओं को साइकिल भी प्रदान की जा रही है। प्रदेश के प्रत्येक विकासखण्ड में हाईस्कूल और इण्टरमीडिएट के 05-05 टॉपर्स को भारत भ्रमण कराने का भी राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उच्च शिक्षा में भी राजकीय महाविद्यालयों की आधारभूत संरचना को मजबूत करने के लिए लगातार कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। राज्य में 20 नये मॉडल कॉलेज की स्थापना की जा रही है। प्रदेश के राजकीय महाविद्यालयों और विश्वविद्यालयों में पढ़ाई कर रहे 05 विद्यार्थियों को हर साल स्नात्तकोत्तर स्तर पर अध्ययन के लिए ब्रिटेन के किसी प्रतिष्ठित विश्वविद्यालय में पढ़ाई करवाने के लिए चिवनिंग उत्तराखण्ड छात्रवृत्ति के लिए समझौता किया गया है। स्प्रिंगबोर्ड इंफोसिस भी शिक्षकों के लिए आईटी आधारित निःशुल्क प्रशिक्षण मॉड्यूल और छात्रों के लिए निःशुल्क कोर्स उपलब्ध करायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस बार के बजट में राज्य सरकार ने युवा कल्याण, तकनीकि शिक्षा और उच्च शिक्षा के लिए 1700 करोड़ से भी अधिक धनराशि का प्राविधान किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी कैबिनेट ने दून विश्वविद्यालय में सेंटर फॉर हिंदू स्टडीज की पढ़ाई करवाने का निर्णय लिया है।
