IGOT डिजिटल प्लेटफ्रॉम पर 75 लाख अधिकारियों को मिला प्रशिक्षण
देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने राज्य सरकार के सभी कार्मिक को मिशन कर्म योगी के तहत क्षमता विकास के ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण हेतु अनिवार्यतः iGOT डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर पंजीकरण के निर्देश दिए हैं । उन्होंने इस मामले में शत प्रतिशत लक्ष्य को समयबद्धता से पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं | इसके साथ ही मुख्य सचिव ने सचिव महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास को सभी विभागों में कार्य स्थल पर महिलाओं के विरुद्ध होने वाले यौन शोषण से संबंधित कानून की जानकारी एवं प्रशिक्षण के कार्यक्रम तत्काल संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही सीएस रतूड़ी ने सभी विभागों के सचिवों एवं विभागाध्यक्षों को उनके विभाग के तहत संचालित की जा रही जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों हेतु भी जानकारी एवं जागरूकता प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम संचालित करने की हिदायत दी है ताकि अधिक से अधिक नागरिक जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का आसानी से लाभ उठा सके।
उत्तराखंड सचिवालय में मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने भारत सरकार की क्षमता निर्माण आयोग (सीबीसी) की सदस्य डॉ अलका मित्तल के साथ राज्य सरकार के सभी विभागों के सचिवों एवं विभागाध्यक्षों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान क्षमता निर्माण आयोग से अनुरोध किया है कि सरकारी कार्मिकों की भांति ही नव निर्वाचित जन प्रतिनिधियों के लिए भी प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम संचालित किए जाए ताकि उन्हे भी प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं तथा योजनाओं की जानकारी प्राप्त हो सके। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने आग्रह किया कि नागरिकों हेतु विकसित भारत सहित सभी जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी एवं जागरूकता से सम्बन्धित प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था की जाए।
बैठक में क्षमता निर्माण आयोग की सदस्य डा0 अल्का मित्तल ने बताया कि कर्मयोगी मिशन के तहत भारत सरकार का मुख्य फोकस सभी सरकारी कार्मिकों के क्षमता निर्माण एवं प्रशिक्षण पर हैं। अभी तक 100 केन्द्रीय संगठनों के लिए क्षमता निर्माण योजनाएं बन चुके हैं। सिविल सर्विस प्रशिक्षण के लिए राष्ट्रीय मानक निर्धारित करते हुए 166 संस्थानों को मान्यता दी गई है। 10 लाख सिविल सेवकों के लिए बड़े स्तर पर जनसेवा कार्यक्रम प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम किए जा रहे हैं। iGOT डिजिटल प्लेटफाॅर्म पर 75 लाख अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। 14 राज्यों एवं संघ शाषित प्रदेशों के साथ मिशन कर्मयोगी को लागू करने के लिए एमओयू किए गए हैं।
बैठक में क्षमता निर्माण आयोग के सदस्यों एवं अधिकारियों के साथ ही प्रमुख सचिव एल फैनई, सचिव बी के सन्त, चंद्रेश यादव, डा0 नीरज खैरवाल सहित सभी विभागों के सचिव एवं विभागाध्यक्ष मौजूद रहे।
