CM ‘योगी’ की राह पर सीएम धामी
देहरादून।धामी सरकार प्रदेश में गरीब परिवारों की बेटियों की शादी में सहयोग करेगी। इसके लिए राज्य सरकार सामूहिक कन्या विवाह योजना का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर रही है। योजना का नाम मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना होगा। बता दें कि उत्तरप्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ की सरकार सामूहिक कन्या विवाह योजना पहले ही लागू कर चुकी है।
मुख्य सचिव ने बुधवार को इस संबंध में बैठक बुलाई है। बैठक में समाज कल्याण विभाग की ओर से मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना के प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा होगी और उसका प्रस्तुतिकरण होगा। बैठक में वित्त विभाग, पंचायती राज विभाग, शहरी विकास, ग्राम्य विकास, श्रम व महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अधिकारियों को भी बुलाया गया है।
योजना को राज्य में लागू करने के निर्देश दिए
योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य में बाल विवाह जैसे आसामाजिक कृत्यों को रोकना, बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना और ऐसे परिवारों की मदद करना जो गरीबी के कारण अपनी कन्या का विवाह अच्छे ढंग से नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। उत्तरप्रदेश में यह योजना शुरू हो चुकी है। वहां योजना के तहत उन्हीं परिवारों को पात्र माना जाता है जिनकी सालाना आय दो लाख रुपये है।
वहां सामूहिक विवाह योजना के तहत प्रति युगल 51 हजार रुपये खर्च का प्रावधान है, जिसमें 35 हजार रुपये वधू को दांपत्य जीवन, गृहस्थी शुरू करने के लिए उसके बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित किए जाते हैं। 10 हजार रुपये की उपहार सामग्री वर-वधू को विवाह के अवसर पर दी जाती है। 6000 रुपये समारोह के आयोजन के लिए खर्च होते हैं। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, मुख्यमंत्री ने इस योजना को राज्य में लागू करने के निर्देश दिए थे।
